Startup Grind Ottawa Hosts Aaron Zifkin (Airbnb Canada)
Two guys in San Francisco couldn’t pay their rent so they came up with the idea to host guests, renting out three air mattresses and serving breakfast. This idea led to the world’s leading community marketplace for accommodation. And studies have shown that Airbnb actually strengthens neighbourhood economies. If this teaches us anything, it’s that billion dollar ideas can start in your very own home.

Startup Grind Ottawa, a global community focused on inspiring and connecting entrepreneurs, hosts monthly events all over the world and this month they are bringing us Aaron Zifkin, the Country Manager for Canada at Airbnb, to share some of the companies successes.
